Carissa Haydon has held various roles in the business development and marketing fields since 2006. Carissa began their career as a Market Research Manager at Investor Group Services (IGS) in 2006. Carissa then moved to Lycos, Inc. in 2008 as a Marketing Coordinator. In 2009, they became the Manager of Business Development and Marketing at Hangout Industries. Haydon then joined NameMedia in 2010 as a Business Development role. Finally, in 2013, they were appointed as the Director of Business Development at Afternic.

Carissa Haydon attended Northeastern University from 2002 to 2007.
