Katherine Zimmerman is a Senior Analyst at the Afghanistan War Commission and a Non-Resident Fellow at the Irregular Warfare Initiative. Katherine is also a Term Member at the Council on Foreign Relations and a member of the RESOLVE Network Research Advisory Council. Previously, Katherine has held various positions at the American Enterprise Institute, including Critical Threats Project Adviser and Research Manager. Katherine has a Bachelor of Arts in Modern Middle East Studies and Political Science from Yale University, a Master of Arts in War Studies from King's College London, and is currently a PhD Candidate in War Studies at King's College London.
