Jacob Cool is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in military and NATO operations. Currently serving as Detachment Chief at the Defense Threat Reduction Agency, Jacob leads a team conducting training and events to support U.S. initiatives. Previous roles include NATO Defense College Fellow at the United States Army War College and Liaison to U.S. Special Operations Command, where Jacob was recognized for developing consolidated support requirements. As Training Officer and Branch Chief at Joint Special Operations Command, Jacob successfully supervised technical programs for special operations forces. Jacob’s earlier positions include Director of Academic Operations at NATO School Oberammergau, where oversight of academic programming impacted thousands of NATO participants. Jacob holds a Bachelor's in Exercise Science from the University of North Georgia, a Master's in International Relations from Troy University, and additional degrees and certifications in Science and Technology Intelligence and Nuclear Weapons policy.
