Varun Sakunia is a Research Development Software Engineer specializing in Machine Learning at Affinsys AI, involved since September 2021. Prior to this role, Varun served as a Deep Learning and Computer Vision Researcher at IIIT-Naya Raipur, focusing on cattle recognition using image datasets. Varun's experience also includes a Machine Learning internship at Tsaaro, where comparisons of statistical models for personal identifiable information and data privacy were made. Additionally, Varun has worked as a Data Science Intern at Aidos Business Solutions, designing technical courses, and as a Machine Learning Developer at Naaniz, where deep learning methods were applied for food item data analysis.
