Vinay Mehta is the Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at Affinion. Vinay has over 25 years of experience in the IT industry and has held various leadership positions at companies such as Paycor and Convergys.

Mehta has a proven track record of success in evolving companies from legacy systems to modern, compliant Software as a Service (SaaS) models. Vinay was instrumental in defining and executing a strategy to evolve Paycor from a legacy client server architecture to a fully compliant SaaS model. This transition resulted in increased efficiency and productivity for the company.

Mehta is also experienced in creating successful IT strategies that support company growth. At Paycor, they created a 3 year IT strategy in support of 27% annual growth. This strategy was approved by the executive committee and board of directors, and was supported with an IT budget increase of 30%. In addition, Mehta championed partnerships for a new data center, product lines, performance and scalability, middleware software, and analytics. These partnerships have resulted in increased capability and innovation for the company.

Mehta has also established successful offshoring programs that have increased development capacity while reducing costs. At Paycor, they leveraged a partnership to establish a beta program for mobile and tablet development with first application accepted in the app store in 4 months. This offshoring program resulted in a 75% increase in development capacity for a 33% increase in
