Manikandan B has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Manikandan has worked at various companies and held different roles within the field of web development.

At Pixel Studios Pvt. Ltd., Manikandan started as a Trainee in December 2008 and then progressed to the role of Junior Web Developer from May 2009 to May 2013. In this role, they assisted the web development team with front-end development, testing, maintenance, and collaboration with developers to implement new web features. Subsequently, they were promoted to the position of Senior Web Developer, which they held from May 2013 to 2017.

In 2017, Manikandan took on the role of Development Team Lead at Pixel Studios Pvt. Ltd. Here, they provided leadership and guidance to the team and ensured the even distribution of tasks based on the team members' skills and strengths.

Manikandan's most recent position was at Pixel Studios Pvt. Ltd., where they served as the Head of Web Development starting in June 2022. In this role, they acted as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) with clients, understanding their business requirements, and driving project execution. Manikandan was responsible for formulating and executing the Pay-Per-Click (PPC) strategy in collaboration with the clients.

Prior to their work at Pixel Studios Pvt. Ltd., Manikandan worked at Barclays as a Document Executive from October 2007 to April 2008 and at Rasi Colour Printers as a Graphic Designer from October 2005 to November 2006.

Manikandan B started their education in 1997 at Madras Christian College Higher Secondary School. Manikandan completed their 6th to 10th grade education at this school, finishing in 2002. From 2002 to 2004, they attended Corporation hr.sec.school(boys) nungambakkam, focusing on the 11th and 12th grade curriculum. Subsequently, Manikandan B enrolled at Madars University from 2004 to 2007 and pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in the field of BBA.
