Viren's early career includes roles at Ernst & Young LLP, where strategic initiatives for the Oil and Gas sector were led, and various director-level positions at multiple companies from 1995 to 2006. Academic qualifications include an MBA from Texas McCombs School of Business and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
