Liam J. is an Information Technology Specialist at SURVICE Engineering since November 2017, providing Level 1 and 2 help desk support and overseeing the deployment and maintenance of Dell servers, switches, and multi-factor authentication devices, in addition to setting up an RDS cluster. Previously, Liam held an internship as a Cyber Security Analyst at CERDEC and was a RISE 2017 Intern. Liam gained hands-on experience as a Phone Repair Technician at Fix it All Smartphone, specializing in repairing various iPhone models. Academic credentials include a degree in Computer Networks and Cybersecurity from the University of Maryland Global Campus and an earlier degree in Information Assurance and Cyber Security from Harford Community College. Education commenced at Harford Technical High School, culminating in graduation in 2018.
