Tracey Klepic has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Their most recent position was as the Vice President of Marketing at Aerinet, starting in June 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a CEO/CMO consultant at Traintele.com from October 2009 to May 2021.

Tracey also held positions at Cisco, where they served as a Senior Manager/Director of Go To Market Programs from October 2015 to March 2020. In this role, they were responsible for creating the Powered by BroadSoft program and leading a team to support global telecom providers. Tracey also developed the overall Go To Market Channel program strategy and rolled out comprehensive marketing and sales programs.

Before joining Cisco, Tracey worked at NRTC in various capacities. Tracey was the Director of Education and Professional Services from October 1998 to January 2012. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Customer Support and Interim Director of Education from October 1996 to 1998.

Throughout their career, Tracey has demonstrated strong leadership and expertise in marketing, consulting, and program management.

Tracey Klepic holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics with a minor in Japanese from Rutgers University. In 1998, they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Strayer University. In 2015, Tracey attended Massachusetts Institute of Technology and obtained a degree in Design and Development of Educational Technology, specializing in Adult and Continuing Education and Teaching. Tracey also obtained a certification in Neil Blumenthal on Branding from LinkedIn in 2017.
