Isa Sanz has a diverse work experience in various industries and roles. In 2012, they co-founded and served as the Marketing Director of Aquassurance, a lifeguarding company in South Florida. Isa expanded the company to Orlando and worked there until January 2021. In 2012, they also started working as a Private Tutor until November 2019. From May 2017 to August 2017, they interned at Sirium Aerotech, assisting with aircraft interior reconfiguration projects. Isa interned again at Sirium Aerotech from June 2018 to August 2018. In 2019, they worked as a Technical Analyst- Engineering at AerSale, Inc., where they played a significant role in the development of a FAA Supplemental Type Certificate Project. Isa also interned at Sirium Aerotech from May 2019 to July 2019, performing tasks such as solid modeling and load testing procedures. In 2020, they worked as a Project Engineer and Engineering Consultant at Jossair Co, where they completed various component installations and presented project bids. Currently, they are working as a Technical Support Manager at AerCap, starting in January 2022. Additionally, from September 2015 to May 2018, they interned at Breakthrough Miami as a STEM Academy Intern, teaching engineering and robotics to underserved youth.

Isa Sanz completed a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from the University of Miami in 2019. Prior to that, from 2010 to 2014, Isa attended Mast Academy but did not earn a degree or specify a field of study during that time.
