Eva Helena Gerhardt is an experienced professional currently serving as the Community & Customer Success Manager at Aera Technology since May 2022. Previously, Eva held the position of Customer Success Manager and worked as a Data Science & Client Service Analyst at IQVIA from May 2020 to May 2022. Additionally, Eva has experience as a self-employed Yoga Teacher from August 2018 to March 2024, and has gained valuable experience through internships in data management and marketing communications at ABB in early 2016 and 2017. Eva holds a Master of Science in Business/Managerial Economics from EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht and a Bachelor of Arts in Supply Chain & Distribution Management from the University of Applied Sciences Worms, complemented by a semester abroad at the University of South Alabama in Finance and General Management.
