Matthew Miller has over 17 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Matthew has held various management roles, including Integration & Deployment Director at Intrado, where they oversaw integration & deployment services for Enterprise 911 customers. Matthew also served as a Customer Service & Professional Services Manager at West Safety Services. Prior to that, they worked at Sagemcom Canada Inc as a Professional Services Manager, Product Manager, and Technology Partner Manager. Additionally, they have experience as a Sales Engineer and Technical Consultant at Interstar Technologies.

Matthew Miller completed their Undergraduate degree in Business Management at McGill University from 2008 to 2012. Prior to that, they earned an AEC in Technologie de systèmes ordinés from Institut Teccart in 2001-2002, and a DEC in Technique Informatique from Cegep Ahuntsic in 1997-2000. Additionally, Matthew has obtained various certifications including SAFe Agilist Certification, Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, ISO 27001 Information Security Management System Implementation, HIPAA Awareness & Security, Excelling as a Manager, and Pragmatic Product Manager.
