Trisha Howe is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and recruitment. Currently serving as Recruitment Manager and Regional Human Resources Director at Aegis Therapies since April 2015, Trisha coaches leadership for nine Area Vice Presidents and approximately one hundred Directors of Rehab, providing training across eight states in the Midwest and Pacific. Prior experience includes a Human Resources Consultant role at Nationwide Insurance from January 2006 to April 2015, where Trisha mentored managerial staff and evaluated training needs. Trisha also held the position of Human Resources Manager at Comcast Cable from July 1998 to December 2005, overseeing HR activities for over 400 employees, and worked as a Rehab Staffing Coordinator at Beverly Health and Rehab from January 1996 to May 1998, recruiting therapists for a seven-state region. Trisha is a graduate of Penn State University.
