David Kepron is an experienced leader in design and strategy, currently serving as the VP of Brand Experience & Design Strategy at ?difica since January 2023. As the founder and owner of NXTLVL Experience Design, established in June 2020, David utilizes 25 years of expertise in retail and hospitality design to foster meaningful customer connections globally. Previous roles include Vice President of Global Design Strategies for Distinctive Premium Brands at Marriott International and Creative Director at Little Diversified Architectural Consulting, among others. David holds a Bachelor of Architecture and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from McGill University, completed between 1984 and 1988.
