Jennifer Fryer is an experienced professional in global diversity, equity, and inclusion (ED&I) and talent management, currently serving as the Global ED&I and Talent Management Manager at AECOM. Jennifer has held various roles at AECOM, including ED&I Lead for Australia and New Zealand, and Talent Management and ED&I Specialist. Previously, Jennifer gained valuable experience as an HR Graduate in the Talent Acquisition Team and as an HR Assistant at Vauxhall Motors Ltd. Jennifer also led the R.E.A.C.H project with ENACTUS and began their career as a waitress at The Lancaster Arms. Jennifer holds a Level 7 Diploma in Human Resource Management from ICS Learn and a BSc in International Business from Loughborough University.
