Adam Rawlings Smith possesses extensive experience in talent acquisition and resource management across various industries. Currently serving as the VP Capability and Talent Resource in Global Program Management at AECOM, Adam has held multiple senior roles within the company, including Talent Acquisition Director for the International Region and Director of Talent Supply Chain for EMEA. Previous experience includes pivotal roles at Etihad Airways as Recruitment Operations Manager, and significant positions at Atkins, such as Head of Recruitment for the Middle East. Early career foundations were built at Shorterm Engineers as a Recruitment Consultant and at Major Recruitment as Technical Services Manager. Adam holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from the University of Wales, Cardiff, and qualifications in Occupational Psychology from the British Psychological Society.
