Previously at Marathon Petroleum Corporation, Debbie specialized in performance, succession, and employee engagement. At Shell, Debbie concentrated on organization effectiveness, development, and learning. Consulting roles were held at Capgemini, where support was provided to clients such as Honeywell, Chrysler, and Boeing.
