Molly McMahon is an experienced professional in technical support and customer service, currently serving as the Head of Technical Support for the Americas at Adyen since September 2023. Previously, McMahon held the position of Head of Resolutions & Mission Critical Support at Qualtrics from March 2021 to September 2023, and served as the Global Head of Support at Trading Technologies from July 2016 to December 2020. Other notable roles include VP of Customer Services at Orc Group, now part of Itiviti AB, and Managing Director at Tbricks. McMahon's earlier experience includes positions at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange and Orc Software, as well as foundational roles at The Clearing Corporation and as a Trading Software Intern at Orc Group. McMahon holds an MBA in Finance from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a B.A. in Mathematics and Psychology from the University of Michigan.
