Amy Gao is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in account management and customer success. Currently serving as Team Lead for Account Management at Adyen since October 2022, Amy previously held various roles at Dropbox, including Principal and Strategic Customer Success Manager from June 2019 to October 2022. Prior experience includes leadership positions at Rocketship Public Schools, where Amy was Director and Head of Development, and at Strategy&, part of the PwC network, as Engagement Manager. Amy's academic credentials include an MBA from The Wharton School, a BA in Economics and International Studies from Northwestern University, and a Master of Education in Educational Leadership from The Broad Center.
