Janaina Inácio has been working in the customer experience field since 2021, when they began their role as an Expert Customer Experience Sênior at meutudo. Janaina then took on the role of Analyst Customer Experience before becoming a Trainee Customer Experience. Prior to that, they were an Auxiliar Administrativa at Comercial Maia in 2021. Before that, they were an Auxiliar Administrativo at Sistema Verdes Mares de Comunicação in 2019. Janaina started their career in 2014 as an Operador de Telemarketing at Liq, where they were responsible for telephone customer service in the retention, billing, support, and SAC departments, with a focus on meeting the department's retention and billing indicators.
