Wilson Rosa has extensive experience in the finance and consulting sectors, currently serving as Managing Director at Advent International since 2007. Prior to this role, Wilson held the position of Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company from 2005 to 2007 and worked as Strategy and Business Development Manager at Vivo from 2002 to 2003. Earlier experience includes serving as an Associate and Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company between 2000 and 2002. Wilson earned an MBA from Harvard Business School from 2003 to 2005 and completed an undergraduate degree at ITA - Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica from 1994 to 1999.
