Preston Lim is an incoming Investment Banking Analyst at Evercore, starting in June 2024, and previously served as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst with a focus on real estate. Preston is actively involved in the Dartmouth Investment and Philanthropy Program as a member of the Investment Committee, managing over $750k in long-only equity. As Co-President of the Dartmouth Real Estate Club, Preston demonstrates leadership in real estate initiatives. Previous experience includes a summer analyst role at Aesir Partners as a generalist and a summer analyst position at Ternary Fund Management focusing on long/short equity in real assets. Additionally, Preston served as the first classical guitarist in the Singapore Armed Forces Music and Drama Company during national service. Preston is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Mathematics at Dartmouth College, expected to graduate in 2025, following education at Raffles Institution where GCE A-Levels were completed.
