Heidi Bowling, MSW, LISW-S, has a diverse work experience in the field of foster care and child advocacy. Heidi began their career at Youth Advocate Services as a Licensing Coordinator and later transitioned to the role of Performance/Quality Improvement Coordinator. In 2013, Heidi joined Adriel as the Central Region Foster Care and Adoptions Manager, where they successfully managed a program with over 50 foster families and 50 foster youth. Heidi also led a team of five staff members and utilized marketing strategies to expand the program. Following this, Heidi served as the Director of Foster Care at St. Vincent Family Center before becoming the Regional Director at Kids Count Too, Inc. In their most recent role at Adriel, Heidi has held positions as Foster Care Manager and currently serves as the Director of Foster Care Licensing and Compliance. Overall, Heidi's work experience highlights their expertise in building relationships, maintaining compliance, and effectively managing programs and staff in the foster care field.

Heidi Bowling obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Otterbein University, where they studied from 2001 to 2005.
