Kristin Finn is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and sales management with extensive experience across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner for Major Accounts Sales at ADP, Kristin focuses on stakeholder management and strategic staffing in regions including the Pacific Northwest, Bay Area, Los Angeles Area, and Texas. Prior to ADP, Kristin held the position of Senior Staffing Manager at Randstad USA, specializing in strategic account management and recruitment in finance and human resources. Additionally, as Agency Development Manager at Colonial Life, Kristin successfully built a high-performing sales team and expanded business opportunities.
