A former Senior Learning Executive at Cognizant Technology Solutions, Gopalkrishna has developed learning content for various technical domains and has contributed to the Society of Technical Communication. With a career spanning over two decades in multiple organizations including HCL Technologies and Polaris Software Labs, Gopalkrishna holds a B.Com degree from the University of Kerala and has pursued certifications in editing and proofreading.
