Naquanda J. is an accomplished professional in child welfare with extensive experience, currently serving as Senior Manager of Strategic Initiatives at ICF since August 2023, where leadership and management oversight are provided to the Child Welfare Information Gateway. Naquanda has completed a 12-month fellowship with AdoptUSKids as an MPLD Alumna, focusing on research and analysis of the Child Abuse Prevention Treatment Act. Previous roles include Child Welfare Quality Assurance Program Manager for Monroe County, ensuring compliance with child welfare regulations, and various positions within the NYS Office of Children and Family Services, including Regional Manager and Child Abuse Prevention Specialist. Naquanda began the child welfare career as a Child Welfare Case Worker in Erie County and holds a Master of Social Work from the University at Buffalo and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Buffalo State University.
