Dave Hedden is a seasoned professional in the aquatic sports industry with extensive experience in coaching and program management. Currently serving as the Director of Competitive Aquatics at the Greater Joliet Area YMCA since November 2021, Dave previously held the position of Head Age Group Coach at Condors Swim Club from August 2017 to October 2021. Dave's long tenure at the Greater Joliet Area YMCA includes roles as Director of Competitive Swimming, Head Swim Team Coach, and Assistant Swim Team Coach from September 1999 to August 2017. Dave holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics with a focus on Secondary Education from Lewis University, earned between 1999 and 2004.
