Israel Martis has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Israel began their career as a Corporal 1st class at The Royal Dutch Marine Corps, where they gained leadership skills and experience in managing a team. Following this, Israel worked at Adobe in various positions, including Director of Sales & Partnerships Benelux, South Europe & Africa, Country Manager Iberia, and Enterprise Sales Executive.
Israel's career then took him to O2MC I/O - Prescriptive Web Computing, where they served as the Director of Sales & Partnerships EMEA. Israel later became the Country Manager Benelux & Spain at Commanders Act before establishing their own company, Brandfie Worldwide S.L., where they served as Co-Founder & CEO. At Brandfie, Israel developed an innovative app that connected brands with fans and provided a platform for customer engagement and promotions.
Israel's entrepreneurial journey continued as they joined Ensighten as the Director of Sales & Partnerships Benelux, Spain & Latam. Israel helped transform digital marketing by revolutionizing the collection, ownership, and utilization of customer data across multiple channels and devices. Israel then joined Instructure as the Regional Director Higher Education Benelux, where they advocated for the adoption of Canvas, an educational platform.
After their tenure at Instructure, Israel joined Momentive.ai as the Head Of Sales & Partnerships South & Eastern Europe, responsible for developing sales strategies and fostering partnerships. Currently, Israel serves as the Chief Revenue Officer EMEA (CRO) at Adloop, where they oversee revenue generation and business development efforts. Throughout their career, Israel Martis has demonstrated a strong ability to drive sales, develop partnerships, and lead teams.
Israel Martis began their education at John Wesley College in 1985, where they obtained their MAVO degree. Israel then attended Colegio Arubano from 1989 to 1992, earning their 5de HAVO degree with a focus on Dutch, English, Spanish, History, Economy, and Mathematics. In 1995, they enrolled at Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences and completed their Bachelor's degree in International Business & Commerce Management in 1998. Most recently, in 2017, Israel pursued further education at LOI, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Sales & Marketing.
