Chidanand Magadum has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Section Head HR & IR at Aditya Birla Group since July 2019, following the role of Senior Officer Human Resource. Prior experience includes positions at FM Logistic India from August 2016 to July 2019 as Team Lead - FSS and Human Resources Executive, and earlier at Leeway Logistics Limited as Human Resources Executive at Bajaj Auto Waluj Plant. Chidanand holds a Master of Social Work with a focus on Human Resources Management from Walchand College of Arts and Science Solapur and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Rani Channamma University, Belagavi. Education also includes a Pre-University Certificate from Govt. PU College Kerur, Karnataka.
