Con Strydom is an experienced professional in the fields of project and operations management, currently serving as Operations Director and Projects Director for the Middle East at Adirondack Studios since July 2020. Previous roles include Associate Director and Senior Project Manager at AECOM from October 2014 to February 2020, and Country/Project Manager at Tabanlioglu Architects for a brief period in 2014. Prior experience encompasses serving as Director at BuroHappold Engineering and Associate Director, Regional Manager at Arup from 2010 to 2012. Con Strydom’s career began at Arup Gulf, where roles included Commercial Manager and Associate Director focused on Building Structures. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Project Management from the University of Southern Queensland and a B.Eng in Civil/Structural from Stellenbosch University. Areas of expertise include building engineering, civil infrastructure, environmental consulting, energy, renewable energy, transportation planning, and sustainability.
