Subhechha Mitra has a diverse work experience in the field of public relations and communications. Subhechha currently works at Adfactors PR, where they started as a Senior Account Executive in May 2021 and later progressed to the role of Assistant Account Manager in April 2022. Presently, they serve as an Account Manager.

Prior to their current role, Subhechha worked at Archetype as an Associate Consultant from May 2018 to May 2021. Subhechha also interned at Text100 in February 2018 and at Weber Shandwick in June 2017, gaining practical experience in the industry.

In 2016, Subhechha worked as a Public Relations Intern at Genesis Burson-Marsteller, where they contributed to client servicing, account management, media handling, and event management in the Corporate and Finance practice. Notable clients they worked with include PropTiger, Ashoka University, Ford Endeavour, and Urban Ladder.

Before entering the public relations field, Subhechha gained experience as a Content Writing Intern at designs.codes in 2015. Subhechha also interned at the Public Relations Society of India, Kolkata Chapter, where they worked on the Engage Digital Summit, managing various aspects such as agency coordination, speaker coordination, and event operations.

In addition, Subhechha briefly served as a Master of Ceremony for TTIS (The Telegraph In Schools) in January 2015, showcasing their communication skills.

Subhechha Mitra began their education by attending St. Michael's School in Durgapur from 1999 to 2011, where they completed their Class X education with the ICSE board. Subhechha then continued their studies at Hem Sheela Model School in Durgapur from 2011 to 2013, where they completed their Class XII education with CBSE.

Following their school education, Subhechha Mitra pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Media Science from NSHM Knowledge Campus in Kolkata from 2013 to 2016. After completing their undergraduate degree, they advanced their studies by joining Amity School of Communication at Amity University in Noida.

From 2016 to 2018, Subhechha Mitra pursued and successfully completed a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Public Relations and Event Management from Amity University.
