Hiral Bafna began their work experience as an intern at Potoplane Social from April 2021 to May 2021. Hiral then worked as an intern at StyleNook from April 2022 to July 2022. Currently, they are working as a Trainee Account Executive at Adfactors PR since July 2023.

Hiral Bafna began their education at Christ Church School Mumbai in 2013 and completed their studies there in 2018. In 2020, they enrolled at ATLAS SkillTech University, where they pursued a degree in BME (Business Management & Entrepreneurship). Additionally, in the same year, Hiral also joined the Indian School of Management & Entrepreneurship to further their education in the field of business. In the same year, they also enrolled at the University of Mumbai, specializing in commerce and earning a B.COM degree. Furthermore, Hiral obtained additional certifications, including Fashion E-commerce in XD from Coursera in October 2020 and The Science of Well-Being from Yale University, also obtained in October 2020. It should be noted that Hiral is currently pursuing a degree in BME at ATLAS SkillTech University, specializing in Business Administration and Management.
