Rashmi Koppar is the Director and Co-Founder of 95hm Learning Solutions Pvt Ltd, a progressive learning provider for hospitality professionals, since January 2021. Prior experience includes serving as Deputy Registrar and Academic Registrar at M. S. RAMAIAH UNIVERSITY OF APPLIED SCIENCES for over 22 years, where responsibilities encompassed policy implementation, infrastructure development, and continuous strategic improvement of administrative processes. Rashmi's earlier roles include Reservations Manager at Taj Hotels and Housekeeping Manager at Oberoi Hotels & Resorts, showcasing a solid foundation in the hospitality industry. Rashmi holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management and is pursuing a PhD while also completing a Housekeeping Management Training Program.
