Naiomi Skiles has extensive experience in customer service and administrative roles, currently serving as a Reservations Agent at Portola Hotel & Spa since July 2011, focusing on sales. Prior experience includes a role in Human Resources at LanguageLine Solutions, managing FEMA background screenings, and working as an Office Assistant at AITS, Inc, where responsibilities included scheduling, dispatching transportation, and customer service.
