About the role

This role sits within the HR generalist team at OneER, supporting Addison Lee, but will be based in our Wirral, Merseyside office as the sole HR Advisor for one of our business units, CityFleet. You will play a key role in supporting the North West arm of the business, providing expert guidance on all aspects of Employee Relations, employee engagement, and HR best practices.

In this role, you’ll act as a trusted partner, delivering proactive HR advice and ensuring policies and processes are effectively implemented. You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to wider HR projects, collaborating with the broader HR team to drive initiatives that enhance our people strategy.
