Karissa Marquardt has over 12 years of experience in customer service, operations, technical support and marketing. Karissa started their career in 2007 as a Technical Support Specialist at Siemens Itron Business Services. In 2008, they began working for oDesk as a Customer Service Representative and for Assign2Us Business Services as an Operations Manager. In 2011, they took on the role of Copywriter/Social Media Marketer for Freelance.com. In 2012, they began working for AdaptedMind as the Director of Customer Service and for Outsource Unit as a Wordpress/Shopify/Digital Marketing Manager. In 2013, they became the Social Media/Crowdfunding Manager for Outlaw Fasteners.
