Josh Crompton is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and sales within the thermal systems and automation industries. Currently serving as a Process Development Engineer at Adams Thermal Systems since April 2021, Josh previously worked as a Seed Technician at Bayer Crop Science and as a Field Sales Engineer at J&W Instruments Inc. Notably, Josh spent over a decade at Emerson Automation Solutions, where roles included Lead Engineering and Technician Instructor, Lead Sales Engineer, and Corporate Product/Design Engineer. Josh's early career includes service in the US Navy as a Fire Controlman, where responsibilities encompassed maintenance of advanced electronics.
