Radhika Kayan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer support and education. Currently serving as the Customer Onboarding Lead (Associate Director) at Toddle since April 2020, Radhika has successfully orchestrated inbound customer support operations across two time zones and developed an intuitive Help Center along with various resources to enhance customer engagement. Prior to this role, Radhika worked at Toddler's Den as an Early Childhood Educator from June 2018 to April 2020, specializing in play-based, hands-on learning inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach. Radhika holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Calcutta University and has completed additional education through the Institute of Actuaries of India.
