Lex Williams has work experience in various roles and companies. They started their career at Mailchimp in 2017 as a Mobile App Review Specialist and worked there until 2019. In 2019, they joined Sendoso as a Customer Experience Specialist but left the company later that year. They then joined HubSpot in the same year as a Technical Support Specialist and worked there until 2021. Currently, Lex works at ActiveCampaign as a Premier Product Support Specialist, starting in 2021.

Lex Williams attended Kennesaw State University from 2014 to 2016, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Journalism.
