Barry Hiett is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in customer service and analytical skills. Currently serving as Operations Manager and Call Center Manager at Active Pest Control since July 2018, Barry drives results through excellent communication, relationship building, and team collaboration. Previously, as Managing Director of Operations at Encompass Group, LLC from 1992 to May 2018, Barry was responsible for compiling and analyzing demand data and market information to optimize inventory levels and provide strategic projections for sourcing. Barry holds education credentials from Gordon State College.
