Mike Ellis has extensive experience in the HVAC/R industry, currently serving as a Business Account Manager 2 at CoolSys Energy Solutions since May 2006, where responsibilities include engineering, troubleshooting, and optimizing electronic controls for HVAC/R systems, as well as customer goal alignment and project design. Prior to this role, Mike worked at Source Refrigeration & HVAC from May 1996 to May 2006 as a Field Service Technician, focusing on the repair, startup, and optimization of supermarket refrigeration and HVAC systems, while also acting as team lead for call organization and quality assurance. Mike’s career began as a Service Technician at New England Refrigeration Service from April 1989 to May 1996.
