In 2017, Joseph joined CREATE: Messenger Marketing as a Messenger Marketing Consultant for Small Businesses. Here, they helped businesses maximize their revenue by leveraging Facebook and Instagram messenger automation. Joseph's focus of study during their Master's program was Public Health Education and Promotion. Joseph attended Trident University International from 2010 to 2012.
