Yumiko Oura has extensive experience in technical support and implementation roles, currently serving as a Senior Support Engineer at Actian since April 2006. Previously, Yumiko worked as an Implementation Officer at Eagle Datamation International, where responsibilities included liaising with clients and IT technicians, and collaborating with organizations like The Australian Customs Service and Verisign. Earlier experience includes a position as an e-Marketing Assistant for Flairview Travel, focusing on expanding affiliate partnerships and assisting marketing efforts.
