Chris Jernigan, PMP, serves as the Director of Implementation and Operations at Actabl since July 2020, where responsibilities include facilitating customer communications and managing project backlogs. Previously, Chris held roles as Implementation Program Manager and Program Manager, focusing on process evaluation, effective communication, and strategic program support. Earlier experience includes working as a Product Owner at Transcendent, gathering requirements and managing development processes, and a decade-long tenure at Concord Hospitality Enterprises, transitioning from Facilities Manager to Technical Support Manager and Procurement Manager. Chris began a career with UPS Supply Chain Solutions as Loading Supervisor and served as an Infantry Soldier in the US Army from 1992 to 1996, where leadership and adaptability were emphasized.
