Sibylle Kneer has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Sibylle currently holds the position of Director of Sustainability & People Strategy at act GREEN since February 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Sustainability at the same company from April 2021 to February 2023.
Before joining act GREEN, Sibylle worked as a Brain-based & solution-focused coach at Taming The Inner Tides - certified brain-based coaching starting from August 2020.
Sibylle also has experience working at adidas and Reebok. At adidas, they served as the Senior Manager HR Strategy Latin America from March 2018 to March 2021, and as the Manager of Brand Communication Running & Women's Germany from January 2016 to February 2018. At Reebok, they held the roles of PR / Social Media / CRM Manager Germany from May 2015 to December 2015 and Assistant PR Manager Germany from May 2014 to May 2015.
Furthermore, Sibylle worked as a PR Trainee at adidas from May 2013 to April 2014, and as an Intern in adidas PR Germany from October 2012 to March 2013.
Sibylle Kneer's education history includes various academic and professional qualifications. In 2021, they attended the University of Cambridge to pursue a degree in Business Sustainability Management. Prior to that, in 2020, they completed the Brain-based & solution-focused coach program at the BrainFirst Training Institute, earning certification as an ICF Accredited Coach.
In 2009, Sibylle Kneer enrolled at Deutsche Sporthochschule Köln, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sports Management and Sports Communication in 2013. During their time there, they also had the opportunity to participate in a Semester Abroad program at Griffith University in 2011, studying Ba.Communication, Ba. Journalism, and Ba. Sports Management.
Additionally, Sibylle Kneer holds several certifications. In 2019, they completed the Talent Carousel, a two-year leadership development program that involved cross-functional and cross-cultural immersion. This program was provided by adidas, where they also completed the Talent Academy Western Europe, a one-year leadership development program, in 2018. Furthermore, Sibylle Kneer obtained certification as a Certified Functional Trainer from Perform Better Europe in 2016.
