Keith M. is the Head of Ethics Compliance for The Acrow Group at Acrow Bridge since September 2022, following a tenure as Senior Business Ethics and Compliance Manager at Mabey Bridge Limited from April 2010 to September 2022, where key accomplishments included driving ethical performance globally and providing thought leadership on compliance matters. Prior experience includes roles in internal audit at Equity Release Services, focusing on embedding Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) within corporate culture, and managing complaints at Hazell Carr, with a strong understanding of FSA rules. Keith holds a BScEcon in Modern History and Political Science from Cardiff University and has further qualifications from the International Compliance Association and the Chartered Insurance Institute.
