Brett Strand is a highly experienced professional who has worked in various legal roles throughout their career. Brett currently serves as the Vice President and Associate General Counsel for Labor & Employment at 3M, where Brett leads a global team responsible for litigation and counseling related to labor, employment, and benefits matters. Prior to their role at 3M, Brett worked as a Partner at Cornell Smith Mierl & Brutucao, representing management in employment law matters. Brett also served as a Judicial Law Clerk at the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas. Brett holds a J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law and a B.A. in Political Science from The Citadel.
