Jacques Hefferan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in account management and sales. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Account Manager at Acquia since January 2021, Jacques previously held the position of Account Executive at British American Tobacco, where responsibility included managing campaigns for approximately 60 stores. Prior to that, Jacques was an Account Manager and SMB Sales Executive at Uber Eats, focusing on restaurant development and client onboarding. Jacques began the career as an Internal Sales Representative at ATCO Structures & Logistics, collaborating with external sales teams to optimize customer service. An alumnus of Western Sydney University, Jacques earned a Bachelor's degree in International Business in 2015.
