Megan Rand has over 17 years of work experience in various roles in the retail industry. Megan currently works as the Director of Business Development at Acosta since July 2022. Prior to that, they worked at BJ's Wholesale Club from 2014 to 2022, where they held positions such as Category Merchant, Manager of Planning and Allocation, and Sr. Merchandise Planner. Megan also has experience working at Staples as a Merchandise Planner from 2011 to 2014 and at TJX as a Technical Training Project Manager at AJ Wright and Associate Planner at Marshalls. Throughout their career, Megan has demonstrated strong leadership skills, strategic planning abilities, and a focus on driving business growth and customer satisfaction.

Megan Rand earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art, Communications, and English from Westfield State University between 1996 and 2000. In 2019, they obtained a certification in The Complete Skilled Negotiator from The Gap Partnership.
