Steven Claessens is an experienced business analyst and project manager with a strong background in payroll/HR applications and project implementation. Currently serving as a Business Analyst at Acerta since April 2011, Steven is responsible for the configuration and support of payroll systems, along with providing training and workshops. Prior to this role, Steven worked at Logsys as a Project Manager, overseeing new project implementations and resource planning, and also as a Business Analyst, focusing on ERP software development and user support. Earlier experience includes a Project Leader position at DHL, where Steven handled customer relations and operational problem-solving, and an Administrative role at DHL Logistics Customer Service Center, managing order processing and customer complaints. Steven began a career in logistics with a brief stint at Black & Decker in 1999. Steven holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication, with a specialization in journalism, from Plantijn Hogeschool Antwerpen.
